Born in 1962, Neil lives and works in England, and exhibits at many galleries throughout Britain and Ireland. A collection of his watercolors recently sold out at an exhibition of 20th century British artists, one of the many examples of the popularity of his work. Although he is best known for his rustic still life images, he also enjoys painting figurative works. Neil's artistry has also decorated some of the Royal Doulton finest porcelain.
