| Neil Murison lives in Bristol, England where he was Head of Foundation Studies at Bristol Polytechnic until he began teaching in I 987. Neil loves traveling and has pursed various ideas about painting in a range of different countries. His first visit to the Caribbean was to Grenada in 1984 and he became totally enchanted by the sea, sand and palms. This interest in the tropical landscape has subsequently been developed in Tobago, Kenya, Goa, Thailand and Sri Lanka. "He works in acrylic, yet uses it sometimes like watercolors and sometimes opaquely like oil, but always rich in color.
