| One look at Grabowski's work and you will find most impressive the power and beauty of nature that his technique and palette conveys to the viewer. Jim Grabowski was educated at Central Connecticut State University and taught art after receiving his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Fine Art. In the past five years, Jim has been commissioned by over 150 corporations for large-scale projects involving his originals. Most recently, he completed a 15-foot long triptych for the boardroom of a new Manhattan headquarters.
This New Britain native paints in a small studio attached to his house in Marlborough, CT. He lives with his wife, Mary and has one daughter, Dina. He admits that painting in his suburban studio can sometimes be less exciting than painting on the streets of Rome. But everything he needs to create his work is right in his studio.
