Kiyonaga Biography
Kiyonaga, 1752–1815, Japanese painter and designer of woodcuts of the Torii school. After working as a bookseller in Tokyo, he took lessons from the Torii master Kiyomitsu but created a more individual linear style. He is best known for his cuts of beautiful women and of warriors. He published (1771–1811) over 100 illustrated books. His unmannered, vivid style had wide appeal and won him many followers.

About our Framing
Quality: Because we love art so much, we could never frame anything with less than the highest quality materials. From working directly with the best frame moulding manufacturers, to using conservation matting, quality is paramount, and your satisfaction is always guaranteed.

Pricing: We are not so bold as to offer a price match "guarantee" with the thousands of sources of custom framed art in the world. But we will stand by the statement that our prices are generally the best you will find...anywhere. We are consistently 40%-60% less than local frame shops, and usually at least 10%-20% less than other online outlets.
