| Claire O’Hea comes from a fine art background and her designs are influenced by natural and nomadic themes, focusing on primitive and ancient cultures and Haiku poetry – ‘being at one with nature.’ O’Hea’s technique of using torn or cut out shapes printed onto cloth and paper create a variety of abstract designs, which can be printed onto a range of surfaces, such as wall-panels, lampshades and cushions. O’Hea’s range of interior accessories serves to enhance positive feelings of well-being and calm for the contemporary home. Her design concept is based on ‘The personalisation of a manufactured product that will encourage and invite different feelings of response according to the individual’s design choice, combination and placement.’ |
