| Born in Philadelphia and educated at the nearby Tyler School of Art, Marchese has been a successful award-winning art director and graphic designer for over twenty years. He has long been intrigued by the problem solving aspects of his profession; especially the effects of pattern and texture in paper and various media, the juxtaposition and impact of colors and images, as well as the beauty of the unified composition built via the skillful and creative use of these tools of his trade. Marchese says that his compositions are his way of creating a perfect world, in which disparate elements form diverse backgrounds can coexist in a logical harmony and unity. Truly, he is an artist with beautiful visions of his own Utopia. |
